Bayern Munich general manager Uli Hoeness has revealed Werder Bremen´s French defender Valerien Ismael is heading south.Both clubs have been locked in transfer negotiations since the end of the season when Ismael agreed personal terms with the Bundesliga champions.Werder´s asking price for the 29-year-old was believed to be the stumbling block, but Hoeness indicated on that Ismael has already passed a medical at the Bavarian club.
