Helsingborg chairman Sten-Inge Fredin does not expect Henrik Larsson to extend his stay at Barcelona despite some eye-catching performances at the Nou Camp.

Barca fans have been impressed with the striker´s contribution since he joined from Scottish outfit Celtic and some have started a campaign to keep the Swede at the club. Larsson has already signed a contract to play for Helsingborg following this summer´s World Cup finals, but there has been speculation Barca may now attempt to delay the deal for another season.

"We are all happy with his success at Barcelona, but we are not worried that he will change his decision," Fredin told Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet. "In fact, I do not even think the question will arise He has also signed a contract with us, and I do not believe any money in the world can change his opinion. I spoke to him last week, and he wants to come home."
