PSV Eindhoven have reached an agreement with Ecuadorian side LDU Quito over the transfer of Edison Mendez.The 27-year-old midfielder was part of the Ecuador side which made it to the knockout stages for the first time at this summer´s World Cup finals in Germany.Mendez was also being monitored by Charlton Athletic but opted for PSV because of the prospect of Champions League football.
