Burnley defender Stephen Jordan is available again after suspension for the Carling Cup semi-final first leg against Tottenham at White Hart Lane.

Midfield duo Chris McCann (knee) and Kevin McDonald (groin) remain doubtful through injury after sitting out the draw at QPR in the FA Cup on Saturday.

Remco van der Schaaf is struggling with a kidney complaint while defender Steven Caldwell remains sidelined through suspension.

Saturday's goalless FA Cup third-round tie at QPR saw Clarets goalkeeper Brian Jensen kept a clean sheet for the first time since his side dumped Arsenal out of the Carling Cup with a 2-0 win last month.

And Jensen is ready for the knock-on effect of their success as he eyes a route to the Carling Cup final.

He said: "We could actually play 10 games this month. It's going to be hard work but the lads are fit, so hopefully we can keep it going."
