Millwall midfielder Nadjim Abdou has signed a new contract to keep him at The Den until 2013.

The 25-year-old is the second Lions player to commit their future to the club this week with defender Jack Smith also putting pen to paper.

"Last year was great for me so it was an easy decision to extend my time at Millwall," he told the club's official website. "I'm very happy here and there is a good spirit in the team."
