Phil Parkinson refused to be drawn on whether he will be given the chance to emulate Leicester and lead Charlton back into the Championship at the first attempt next season.
The Addicks' relegation to League One for the first time in 29 years was confirmed following a 2-2 home draw with Blackpool and while Parkinson promised they would bounce straight back he would not be drawn on his own future.
"Now is not the time to discuss my own position," said Parkinson.
He added: "There will be a review of the season after the last three games and I'm just focusing on them.
"I don't want to discuss my position because that would be disrespectful to everybody at the club.
"It's not about me, it's about Charlton Football Club - a fantastic club which has been relegated, but will come back strongly."
