Ron Atkinson will make his football comeback on Thursday, working alongside Swindon´s black manager Iffy Onuora.The former Manchester United manager has been out of the spotlight since his racist remark about Marcel Desailly cost him his job as an ITV pundit. Now the 66-year-old will take a role as football consultant at Swindon, who are bottom of Coca-Cola League One."It will be great to be back around a football club again. It has been a long time," Atkinson told the Daily Mail. "I am not going there to do a Clive Woodward. Iffy is the manager and I am there when he needs me. I will start tomorrow (Thursday) and see where we go."
