Andy Scott has revealed Dale Tonge and Jason Taylor are close to signing new contracts at Rotherham.
The duo are among six players who have been offered new terms at Don Valley and Scott claims they have verbally agreed to sign.
"Dale Tonge Jason Taylor came back to me last Friday and indicated that they wanted sign the deals," Scott told the club's official website.
"That will be good news to have both of those players involved with us next year.
"Both are away at the moment but I have spoken to their representatives and they are happy with the deals.
"The contracts have been written up and we have a verbal agreement that they will sign, but as we know we will not count our chickens until they have signed on the dotted line."
