Norwich manager Paul Lambert has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the visit of Gus Poyet's Brighton side.

Lambert saw his side twice come from behind at Southampton on Saturday to claim a point which leaves the Canaries in fifth place in League One - just four points off the automatic promotion places.

Matt Gill (calf), Owain Tudur Jones (groin), Declan Rudd (knee), Luke Daley and George Francomb (both thigh) all remain sidelined while Michael Spillane is expected to be out until Christmas with a hamstring injury.

Scotland midfielder Stephen Hughes scored his first goal since August after coming off the bench at St Mary's and could be handed a starting place as Lambert attempts to engineer a sixth home win of the season.

Liam Dickinson returns to the Brighton squad. The striker missed Saturday's 3-0 defeat by Leeds with a thigh injury but he trained on Monday morning and will travel to East Anglia.

Gavin Hoyte has extended his loan spell from Arsenal and is set to return at right-back after completing a three-match ban, with Andrew Whing dropping to the bench.

But goalkeeper Michel Kuipers is still missing with a thigh strain so Graeme Smith deputises again.

Centre-half Colin Hawkins remains sidelined with an Achilles problem and is due to see a specialist.

Left-back Jim McNulty is also absent once again with an ankle injury, but he is not far from a return to full training.
