Milton Keynes Dons

Brentford and MK Dons shared the points and six goals in an ill-tempered affair which finished 3-3 at Griffin Park.

Referee Mick Russell booked five Dons players in a game that always looked like spiralling out of control.

Aaron Wilbraham put the visitors ahead with 11 minutes gone when he pounced on a goalkeeping blunder to slot home from close range.

But Sam Wood levelled for the hosts just before the half hour when he latched onto a through ball to coolly slot home below the advancing keeper.

Paul Ince`s side forged ahead when Jermaine Easter converted from the penalty spot after the re-start when Mark Phillips had brought down Wilbraham in the box.

Ben Strevens equalised for the Bees with 20 minutes to go and almost set up Carl Cort for the winner in the 90th minute.

But MK Dons took the lead in the first minute of injury time, Wilbraham heading home at the far post and the game looked up for Andy Scott's side.

But they claimed a precious point with almost the last kick of the game when Cort barged his way through the defence to rifle home from close range.
