Colchester have confirmed that assistant manager Ian Culverhouse and football operations manager Gary Karsa have followed Paul Lambert to Norwich.

Lambert was announced as the new Canaries boss on Tuesday morning after quitting his post at the Weston Homes Community Stadium and he has taken Culverhouse, who used to play for Norwich, and Karsa to Norfolk with him.

"I have enjoyed working with Paul, Ian and Gary," chairman Robbie Cowling told the club's official site.

"I have supported them 100% and have been willing to do so because they are a very talented team who have produced excellent results."
