Millwall defender Andy Frampton has urged his side to grasp the chance of a trip to Wembley with both hands as they prepare for the second leg of their play-off semi-final at Leeds.
The Lions take a 1-0 lead to Elland Road, courtesy of Neil Harris` goal on Saturday, and player of the year Frampton feels they have what it takes to cope with what will be a white-hot atmosphere on Thursday night.
"First and foremost it was a fantastic result for us on Saturday and one we are going to have to work seriously hard to hold on to," said Frampton.
He added: "The noise from our fans was fantastic and I`m sure the Leeds fans will try to match that, so we know it will be a tough atmosphere.
"But we`ve got the players and on Saturday we proved we can create the chances."
