Simon Grayson insists his Leeds side are still in the hunt for promotion, despite their demoralising 1-0 derby defeat to Huddersfield on Saturday.

The visitors controlled large parts of the second half at the Galpharm Stadium creating a host of chances, but they were unable to overturn Huddersfield's lead, and slipped to their third consecutive loss against the Terriers.

"The defeat was disappointing but from now until the end of the season there are going to be a lot of twists and turns," Grayson told the Yorkshire Sport. "I appreciate the fans are disappointed but it is just three points and if we produce against Hereford and Cheltenham (on Saturday) this week then we are firmly back in the hunt."
