Norwich manager Paul Lambert has made it clear that star duo Grant Holt and Wes Hoolahan are not for sale.
The pair have netted 30 times between them so far this season and Lambert was in bullish mood when the notion of them leaving Carrow Road in January was put to him.
"Nobody's going anywhere as far as I'm concerned," said the Canaries boss. "Basically, it would be over my dead body. Put it this way, I wouldn't be happy that's for sure. So I'll do everything I can."
