Leeds defender Paul Huntington has completed a loan move to League One rivals Stockport.

The 21-year-old centre-half will stay at Edgeley Park for an initial one-month period until October 10.

Huntington, signed by former Leeds manager Dennis Wise from Newcastle in August 2007, missed most of last season due to a groin injury.

He has made one appearance this season, against Darlington in the Carling Cup, and was restricted to just seven first-team outings during the last campaign.

Meanwhile, Leeds skipper Richard Naylor has returned to full training following injury and left-back Ben Parker is hoping to follow him next week.

Naylor, yet to feature this season, had back surgery during the summer and Parker has been recovering from a thigh problem sustained during the opening-day win over Exeter.
