Colchester recorded their sixth successive home victory by beating top of the table Cardiff 3-1 in their Coca-Cola Championship clash at Layer Road.Kevin McLeod´s second-half strike gave United the lead, but Michael Chopra levelled for Cardiff in the 66th minute.Jamie Guy restored Colchester´s lead, before Jamie Cureton´s penalty secured all three points after Cardiff´s Stephen McPhail had been dismissed for a foul on Ritchie Jones.
