Leeds have dismissed reports that teenage midfielder Fabian Delph is poised to complete a £4million move to Everton.

Delph, 19, linked with a host of Premier League clubs following an impressive first season in Simon Grayson's Leeds side, is reported to have opted for a switch to Goodison Park ahead of Manchester United, Fulham and Sunderland.

But Leeds chief executive Shaun Harvey said: "Despite the speculation, there have been no offers for Fab since the end of the season."

Harvey continued: "At this stage of the year speculation is always rife, although it's never helpful."

Delph, who made 51 appearances during his breakthrough season, signed a new four-year contract at Elland Road in September.

He won his first England Under-21 cap against the Czech Republic in November and scooped his club's players' player of the year, young player of the year and goal of the season awards.
