The defender collected his fifth yellow card of the season during Orient's last outing, the 2-1 defeat by Southend, and serves a one-match ban.

But boss Geraint Williams is boosted by the return of a number of players and the addition of French striker Jonathan Tehoue, who this week signed a contract until the end of the season after a successful trial.

Full-backs Stephen Purches (illness) and Charlie Daniels (knee) are back to fitness and should go straight into the starting line-up while midfielder Sean Thornton is available after serving a one-game ban.

Strikers Ryan Jarvis (illness) and James Scowcroft (groin) are also fit again.

Bristol Rovers boss Paul Trollope must decide whether Byron Anthony or Steve Elliott will start in the centre of his defence.

The Pirates are on the verge of securing a permanent deal to sign Colchester centre-half Pat Baldwin, but the deal is not expected to go through before the weekend.

Baldwin started in the 2-0 defeat at Millwall last time out, but although Rovers and the Us have agreed a fee, the player has not yet agreed personal terms.

Trollope will therefore turn to either Elliott or Anthony to replace him in the starting line-up at Brisbane Road.

Former Swansea striker Darryl Duffy is pushing for a recall to the starting line-up as Rovers look to end a dismal run of seven consecutive away defeats.
