James Scowcroft will be handed a late fitness test ahead of Leyton Orient's home game against bottom side Stockport.
The experienced striker missed Tuesday night's visit of Norwich due to a hamstring strain but could be fit.
Scowcroft will probably have to settle for a place on the bench at best, however, after Orient stunned the leaders 2-1 at Brisbane Road.
Boss Russell Slade will not want to change his winning line-up, although he will check on 36-year-old frontman Scott McGleish who played the full 90 minutes last Saturday and on Tuesday.
French forward Jonathan Tehoue is the only definite absentee with a hamstring injury which looks set to end his season.
Stockport boss Gary Ablett will hand a late fitness test to Johnny Mullins.
The defender missed Tuesday's 3-0 defeat at Hartlepool through illness, so Ablett will continue to assess him in the build up to the game at Brisbane Road before making a decision on his availability.
Striker George Donnelly and defender Paul Huntington returned from their respective thigh and calf problems to play the full 90 minutes for the relegated Hatters in midweek and will be looking to retain their places in the starting XI.
But midfielder Greg Tansey continues to struggle with a torn thigh muscle and will not play again this season.
The Hatters last tasted victory when they beat Wycombe 4-3 at the end of February.
