The Football Association have charged Millwall and Wycombe with failure to control their players during their clash at Adams Park on February 20.
Wycombe midfielder Gareth Ainsworth's elbow on Tony Craig saw him sent off, sparking a melee in the closing stages of the League One clash, which ended with Wycombe winning 1-0.
Both clubs have until March 11 to respond to the charge.
