Manager Brian Little has left League One club Tranmere by mutual consent.The 52-year-old former Aston Villa boss joined the Wirral club in October 2003, taking them to the FA Cup quarter-finals in his first season in charge. He also steered Rovers to the play-off semi-finals last season.However, the club have struggled this term, only securing their safety with a 2-1 victory over MK Dons last Saturday.
