According to recent reports, it has been suggested that Newcastle are planning a raid on Leeds for striker Jermaine Beckford. Beckford has once again been in prolific form for the League One side scoring 11 league goals already this season. However, the 25 year old has yet to agree a new contract with Leeds with his current deal set to expire at the end of the season. The striker has been continuously reported with a move away from the club with Newcastle the latest to be linked.
