Rotherham have bolstered their attacking options by signing Exeter striker Craig McAllister on loan.

The 29-year-old - who spent a short spell at fellow League Two outfit Barnet in December - will join Ronnie Moore's side for a month.

McAllister has been unable to force his way in the Grecians side and has been an unused sub in two of City's last three League One outings.

The Scottish front-man spent time with non-league sides Stevenage Borough, Woking, Grays Athletic and Oxford before his move to Paul Tisdale's side in 2008, where he scored seven times in 36 appearances.

McAllister could feature in the Millers trip to Dagenham & Redbridge after completing the emergency switch to the South Yorkshire club.
