The Football Association of Wales have charged Newport County and their manager Peter Beadle with misconduct.The charge against Newport comes after the coin-throwing incident at the weekend which left fourth official Alan Sheffield in hospital.Sheffield was hit on the head by a coin thrown from the crowd during Newport´s 3-0 FA Cup first-round home defeat by Swansea.
