Leicester boss Nigel Pearson has been named the Coca-Cola League One manager of the month for December.
Pearson's table-topping side went through the month undefeated winning four of their five matches.
Pearson, who also won the accolade in August, told Sky Sports News: "We won't be getting carried away and we will keep our feet on the ground. The expectations are there for us and we are there to be shot at, but it is a good pressure to have."
Matty Fryatt scored another four goals in the month to take his tally for the season to 23 and Pearson added: "He has done very well and like all the players he is enjoying his football at the moment.
"Matty believes he is going to score every time he plays and I am delighted because that sort of belief is a great attribute to have."
