Brighton manager Gus Poyet has escaped with a warning after being found guilty of improper conduct by the FA.

Poyet was hit with the charge after he was sent from the dug-out during the 1-1 draw at Leyton Orient last month. The Uruguayan was angry after his side were denied a penalty by referee Steve Cook and was sent to the stands for protesting.

Poyet was at Wembley Stadium for a personal hearing on Monday morning, where he was warned about his future conduct but told he will not face further punishment.
