Leeds have agreed to sell winger Eddie Lewis to Premier League club Derby for an undisclosed fee.Lewis, 33, has travelled to Derby for talks and a medical, where he hopes to link up again with manager Billy Davies."We have agreed an undisclosed fee for Eddie Lewis with Derby County," read a statement on Leeds´ official website. "Eddie felt that the opportunity to play in the Premier League was too good to miss out on."
