Caretaker boss Martin Scott still refuses to consider taking the job full time after steering Hartlepool to within one match of reaching the Coca-Cola Championship for the first time in their history.Scott, placed in charge of Hartlepool just days before they secured sixth spot with a 2-2 draw at Bournemouth on the last day following the shock departure of manager Neale Cooper, was relieved the north-east club had at last ended their play-off jinx with a win against Tranmere. He said: "I said when Neale left we would focus on the Bournemouth game and then the two games with Tranmere before thinking about taking the job full-time."
