Oldham winger Chris Taylor will undergo a scan to determine the extent of his ankle injury that has ruled him out for the rest of the season.
Taylor sustained the injury in training and with the club's medical staff already confirming that problem is serious enough to keep him out of Oldham's last two games, both parties are keen to find out the full diagnosis.
Latics physio Marc Czuczman told the club's official website: "Chris went home in a compression boot. He's heavily strapped up and is icing the injury regularly ahead of Friday's scan."
