Southampton midfielder Jake Thomson has joined Torquay in a one-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old has made five first-team appearances, all as a substitute, this season but he last featured in the goalless draw at home to Colchester on September 5.
Thomson, who earlier this season was named in the Trinidad & Tobago squad for two World Cup qualifiers, joins Saints team-mate Michael Poke on loan at Plainmoor.
