Hereford boss Graham Turner is confident his side can climb out of the relegation zone following their first win since September.

Tuesday night's 1-0 victory over 10-man Carlisle means Turner's men have now taken four points from their last two games, while also climbing off the bottom of League One.

Turner said: "When you are bottom of the league it is embarrassing to look at, but if we continue to believe in what we are doing then we have every chance of climbing out of trouble."

He added: "We must continue to work hard and do what we have been doing in the last two matches and stay disciplined and solid at the back.

"We have always looked as though we are capable of creating chances, even at Oldham when we lost 4-0."
