Northampton Town manager Stuart Gray could hand a full debut to Adam Watts for his team's game at Bristol Rovers on Good Friday.

The on-loan Fulham defender has made a full recovery from concussion he suffered in the Premier League side's reserve game a few weeks ago and could be joined in the side by Ryan Gilligan. However, the game might come too soon for midfielder Luke Guttridge.

"Adam is fine," Gray told the club's official website. "He is in full training and will be available for the game on Friday. We are also pleased that Ryan Gilligan is back in full training. He has progressed well since his knee operation and could also be available."

He added: "Luke Guttridge is not training with the full squad at the moment but he is not ruled out for the weekend and we will have to see how he progresses as the week goes on.

"The schedule from Friday to the end of the season sees the games come thick and fast and it would be great to go into that run with as near a full squad to choose from as possible."
