Midfielder Gareth Ainsworth will have to wait for his second debut for Wycombe when the League One strugglers host Yeovil.

Ainsworth signed an 18-month contract at Adams Park on deadline day after leaving QPR but is carrying a calf injury and is expected to be out for two weeks.

But fellow new signing Kevin McLeod is available to manager Gary Waddock.

The former Colchester winger joined on a free transfer from Brighton on Monday and could go straight into the side, though veteran defender Michael Duberry was released.

Forward Jon-Paul Pittman returned from a groin injury in last weekend's win at Bristol Rovers and is pushing for a start but Leon Johnson (hip), Lewwis Spence (knee), Matt Bloomfield (knee) and Ian Westlake (knee) are still out.

Yeovil will be without central midfielder Jean-Paul Kalala.

Kalala received his 10th booking of the season in last Saturday's 1-0 home defeat against Huddersfield and will now serve a two-game suspension.

Fellow midfielder Owain Tudur Jones is likely to keep his place after he enjoyed an impressive debut against the Terriers following his loan move from Norwich.

Tudur Jones could be partnered by Andy Welsh, who came off the bench last time out, while Kieran Murtagh, Nathan Smith and Scott Murray are also pushing for recalls to the starting XI.

Yeovil recorded their biggest league win of the season when they beat Wycombe 4-0 at Huish Park on Boxing Day.
