Yeovil's Dutch central defender Stefan Stam is set to be ruled out for the rest of the season following a hamstring injury.

Stam, 30, was stretchered off during Yeovil's 1-0 home defeat by Colchester last Tuesday.

Glovers boss Terry Skiverton told the club's official website: "His form leading up to the injury was very good and he's been playing very well. If he makes it back at all this season then he will be doing very well indeed."
