Brighton have offered one-year professional contracts to Steve Brinkhurst, Steve Cook and Josh Pelling.

Lewis Ide`s youth scholarship has been extended by six months but Chris Brencher, Liam Upton and Ollie Rowe have been told they will not be graduating into the first team.

Director of football Martin Hinshelwood said: "It`s been great working with all of the boys over the last two years, and it`s always disappointing that you have to let some go," he told the club`s official website.

"It`s a weird feeling because you`re delighted for some of the boys, and gutted for others."
