Accrington will be without suspended defender Darran Kempson for the visit of promotion-chasing Aldershot.

The centre-back was shown a second yellow card after a foul on Zoltan Gera in their FA Cup fourth-round defeat against Fulham on Saturday.

His ban means teenager Peter Murphy will come into to the starting XI at left-back with Dean Winnard pushing into a more central role.

Boss John Coleman has limited options with only 20 professional players signed on at the Crown Ground due to a transfer embargo, so he is likely to stick with the same attacking duo that has heralded 26 goals this season so far with top scorer Michael Symes partnering Robert Grant.

Fit-again Luke Joyce came on as an 85th-minute substitute against the Cottagers and will push John Miles for a place in the starting line-up.

The Reds lie 13th in League Two with just seven points separating them from the final play-off spot currently occupied by Dagenham.

Aldershot goalkeeper Clark Masters will be absent from the squad.

Masters - who has made just two appearances for the Shots - was sent off as an unused sub on Saturday after he sparked a melee during the 2-1 win over Bournemouth when he threw a ball from the dugout into the face of Warren Cummings.

Dillon has no other problems as he looks to build on an excellent record of five wins and three draws from his nine league games in charge since replacing Gary Waddock.

Striker Marvin Morgan made his first start since picking up a knee injury in early December on Saturday and he came though 90 minutes unscathed.
