Macclesfield have appointed Keith Alexander as their new manager after parting company with Ian Brightwell.Brightwell, and assistant boss Asa Harford, have left the struggling League Two club after a run of five straight league defeats and Alexander will take charge until the end of the season.Club chairman Mike Rance told the club´s official website: "It is no secret that results of late haven´t been what we have wanted."
