Martin Allen has warned his Brentford side not to rely on their experienced players against Southampton in the FA Cup fifth-round replay.Midfielders John Salako and Stuart Talbot, 36 and 31 respectively, will not be daunted at facing Harry Redknapp´s side - but manager Allen wants all his players to stand up and be counted."Our experienced players, like Salako and Talbot, will clearly have an important role to play against Southampton," Allen acknowledged. "But if we are going to get anything out of this game, all 11 players have to be on top form for 94 or 95 minutes."
