Bournemouth co-owners Paul Baker and Alastair Saverimutto are continuing talks with potential new investors as they seek to safeguard the club's future.
The Cherries were this week given a final stay of execution after being given 28 days by the High Court to settle an outstanding debt or face being wound up.
A number of parties are believed to be interested in purchasing the club and Saverimutto told the Bournemouth Daily Echo: "It is absolutely necessary that we seek suitable investment to secure this club and take it to the next level. Negotiations are continuing."
