A late goal from winger Mark Duffy gave Morecambe a 2-1 win against struggling Barnet.
The home side got off to a flying start as they took the lead after just three minutes.
Craig Stanley found Duffy with a neat ball down the right and he produced a superb cross that was met by the flying Stewart Drummond, who scored from six yards out.
Barnet hit back almost immediately with Matt Lockwood running in on goal but shooting straight at Barry Roche, who saved smartly with his legs.
The Bees did pull one back though after 33 minutes with a penalty awarded for a shirt pull and Lockwood sent Roche the wrong way from the spot.
The second half saw Morecambe hit the woodwork on three occasions as they dominated the final stages but they were not to be denied as Duffy produced a cool finish after latching on to a neat Phil Jevons pass and firing past Jake Cole.
