Former BBC chief Greg Dyke is the new chairman of Brentford following Friday´s supporters´ takeover of the club.Brentford fan Dyke - who resigned as director general of the Corporation after the 2003 Hutton Inquiry into the death of arms expert Dr David Kelly - has been installed in a non-executive capacity by Bees United, the club´s Supporters Trust.He is believed to have given financial aid to the Trust who have raised £5.5million to re-finance the club´s debts, take control of the 60% majority shareholding from former owner Ron Noades - and provide a £1m cash injection.
