Rochdale have completed the permanent signing of Matt Flynn after a successful initial loan period.
The former Macclesfield player was brought in on a month's loan as cover for the injured Scott Wiseman before Dale played Aldershot.
He featured in all three games against the Shots, Cheltenham and Rotherham and impressed Keith Hill sufficiently enough to convince him to offer a two-year deal.
