Cheltenham have signed promising Everton youngster Luke Garbutt on a one-month loan deal.

Garbutt, an 18-year-old utility player, will be available for the team's League Two clash with Bristol Rovers.

Manager Mark Yates is delighted with his latest acquisition, telling the Robins' official website: "We've got another good young player for a fantastic club."

He added: "He has been a very good youth player, he's stepped up well to reserve football and now he is looking to take the next step in his career."
