Gillingham remain three points behind Bury after Andy Barcham's strike 10 minutes from time gave them a 1-0 victory at Chester in Coca-Cola League Two.

Meanwhile, Barnet missed a great chance to snatch a point as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at Exeter, who are now two points off the play-offs.

Neil Saunders fired the Grecians into a 20th-minute lead before Paul Furlong levelled on the stroke of half-time, but Matthew Gill netted the 73rd-minute winner.

Michael Leary could have earned a draw for Barnet but saw his spot-kick saved by Paul Jones with six minutes to go.

Two late goals saw Lincoln come from behind to snatch a point against Bournemouth, who are nine points off safety.

Dany N'Guessan's opener was cancelled out by Mark Molesley, before Bournemouth took control with two second-half Brett Pitman penalties. But Lee Beevers' goal four minutes from time gave the Imps hope and Lee Frecklington snatched a draw.

Simon Richman's first senior goal gave Port Vale a 1-1 draw at Morecambe, while Rotherham secured a comfortable 2-0 victory over Macclesfield.

Elsewhere, Drew Talbot's 37th-minute volley was enough to give Chesterfield a 1-0 win over Notts County.
