Bradford manager Stuart McCall hopes to have striker James Hanson back in contention for the home clash with Accrington.
Hanson has been struggling with groin and ankle problems and missed last week's draw with Bournemouth, while fellow forwards Michael Boulding (virus), Peter Thorne (hamstring), Leon Osborne (ankle) and Omar Daley (knee) were also sidelined.
McCall has tried to bring in a striker on loan this week to address the problem, but could turn to Boulding's younger brother Rory, while hoping Gareth Evans can shake off the foot injury he was forced to play with last week.
Defender Simon Ramsden returned to the bench last weekend after a calf strain and is pushing for a recall as the Bantams look to keep pace with the play-off contenders.
Accrington boss John Coleman hopes to welcome back Chris King.
Defender King has not featured for the Lancashire side since the start of September due to a knee injury, but could return against the Bantams.
John Mullin has fully recovered from an ankle problem and is pushing for a place in the starting line-up after being on the bench against Dagenham last weekend.
Midfielder Sean McConville is also hoping to be promoted from the bench, but Coleman is unlikely to make changes after a run of just one defeat in six games.
Leam Richardson will not feature as he continues his recovery from a groin injury.
Striker Bobby Grant has been linked with a move to Derby this week, but Coleman dismissed the reports as "speculation."
