Wycombe's shareholders have voted in favour of Steve Hayes' proposal to take full ownership of the club.

Managing director Hayes - who also owns rugby union side Wasps - becomes the first sole owner of the club which has been owned by fans since its non-League days.

Hayes, who has ploughed almost £7million into the League One club in the form of loans, had previously warned fans that he would stop funding the club if they voted against his plan to write off £3million of that figure in return for full ownership.
