Steve Hutchings has decided not to sign a short-term deal with League Two side Bournemouth.

The 18-year-old striker was offered terms by manager Eddie Howe but has opted to turn them down in favour of a move to Havant & Waterlooville.

"I wish Steve all the best for the future and I hope he does well," Howe told his club's official website. "I am sorry to see him go but he has done what he feels is best for his career."
