Steve Leslie has rejoined Hereford on a month-long loan deal from Shrewsbury.

The winger spent the final two months of last season at Edgar Street, making 11 appearances and scoring twice as he helped preserve the club's npower League Two status.

Leslie has now returned to Herefordshire and will link up with the Bulls' new director of football Gary Peters, who handed the now 23-year-old his first-team debut in 2006 when manager of Shrewsbury.

Leslie signed a new contract at the Greenhous Meadow in the summer but has found his chances limited so far this season, making just one start in the club's Johnstone's Paint Trophy defeat at Walsall.

He goes straight into Hereford's squad for Saturday's trip to Swindon.
