Notts County have confirmed that a winding-up petition against the club has been dismissed at a High Court hearing on Wednesday morning.
The League Two outfit have been hit by financial problems recently and are again under new ownership under Ray Trew who announced this week that the club will not be going into administration.
Trew told the club's website: "I would like to officially call for an end to any discussion regarding what has gone before, to close that ill-fated chapter in Notts County's illustrious history and to focus solely on matters out on the pitch, where there is still a lot of work to be done this season."
