League One strugglers Chesterfield have parted company with manager Roy McFarland after almost four years in charge.The Spireites have been in freefall in recent weeks and have slipped to within one place and one point of the relegation zone after just one win in their last 10 matches.Lee Richardson has been appointed as caretaker manager for the remaining nine matches of the season and he will be assisted by veteran striker Wayne Allison.
